A hanyou named Inuyasha, whom she secretly has a crush on, a lecherous monk named Miroku, a demon slayer named Sango, and of course a young and loveable fox demon named Shippo. Along with a others, such as the old priestess Kaede who seems to always be taking care of them whenever they are sick or wounded.
Animal Companion: Inuyasha. ^_^ lol, j/k. But, she does have a fat cat in her time named Buyo.
Relationship Status: Haha... this is the fun part. In her time she has a guy friend named Hojo that goes to her school. Her feelings for Hojo are entirely based on friendship. However, Hojo seems to care for Kagome as more than a friend. While Kagome is friends with Hojo she seems to be completely oblivious to the fact that Hojo has a crush on her. Unfortunately his feelings are not returned...
In the Feudal Era the wolf demon Kouga seems to also have quite fond feelings for Kagome. While she doesn't return these feelings she still likes Kouga as a friend and respects him as the leader of a demon wolf tribe. Even though Kagome doesn't return Kouga's feelings about love and relationships, she does seem to enjoy his company, and also loves to see the jealous reaction that Inuyasha has whenever Kouga is around. Even though she would never admit it to anyone.
Kagome's heart however belongs to a certain hanyou named Inuyasha. The first time she met Inuyasha he was pinned to a tree after the priestess Kikyo put a spell on him 50 years beforehand. It was Kagome that broke the spell on Inuyasha and awoke him from his 50 year sleep, it was also Kagome who unsealed Inuyasha from the tree in order to avoid an attack from a demon after Inuyasha told her that he could destroy the demon if she would pull out the arrow that was pinning him to the tree.
Things were rough at first between Inuyasha and Kagome, but as time went by they became closer and closer. Eventually becoming friends. However, Kagome has secretly fallen in love with Inuyasha... even though she'd never admit it... unless he admitted it first... <.<

Kagome is a slenderly built girl with long legs and a well proportioned body. She is usually seen wearing a school girls uniform. Her uniform is a white, long sleeved blouse with a red bow tie around her neck. She has a pleated green skirt that matches the color of her shirt collar. She wears white socks that come up to her mid-calf and brown dress shoes.
Emotional: Kagome is a very kind hearted person. She tries to do special things for the people that she calls friends, and is very loyal to anyone that she cares for. However, Kagome certainly has a temper (as Inuyasha will DEFINATELY testify to -_-).
When someone says or does something that offends her she usually doesn't have a problem with telling them to back off. Kagome will usually try to keep herself in check and not do anything too drastic in most situations, but don't mess with her when she's upset or cranky.
Another aspect to her personality is that she gets very depressed and sad whenever she sees Inuyasha with Kikyo. While she doesn't seem to like Kikyo very well, she does have some respect for her. However, if Kikyo tries to come between her and Inuyasha she tends to be a little bit defensive, even though she has almost convinced herself that Inuyasha is in love with Kikyo. However she tries to look past this and continues to strengthen her friendship with Inuyasha, even though thoughts of Inuyasha being with Kikyo are always at the back of her mind.
Background: Kagome was simply an average teenager living in Tokyo. She went to school and got pretty good grade, well, besides in math which she's very bad at. She was semi-popular with a good group of friends, usually seen with 3 girls. She even had a really nice guy who had a crush on her. She lives in a house that has an ancient tree on the property and a well that's said to date back to the feudal era. She'd heard all the stories about a mysterious jewel called the Shikon no Tama all her life (her grandfather even sells replicas of it). But everything changed on her 15th birthday....
While helping her younger brother Souta find his cat, she wandered into the shed that has the old creepy well boarded up inside of it. She was pulled into that well by a Madame Centipede and brought back to a time very much unlike her own. That was when she saw a boy (or at least he appeared to be a boy at first sight) pinned to a tree with an arrow. Well, to make a long story short she met an old woman named Kaede who told her she was the reincarnation of he dead older sister and she had the shikon no tama within her body (which was, ironically enough) broken into small pieces by an arrow she shot. She and Inuyasha, along with Sango, Shippo, Miroku, must find the missing fragments before anyone else does.

Hmmm...I wonder if anyone besides Shippo missed me...I wonder if...maybe...Nah...He's probably too busy thinking about Kikyo to even notice that I was gone...
*Climbs out of the well. Swinging her leg over the edge as she reached the top. Pulling the rest of her body out of the well and setting her bag down heavily.*
Whew....that bag gets heavier every time...I need to start packing lighter...Otherwise I'll probably have back problems when I'm older...
*Looks up into the God Tree.*
Inuyasha?! I'm back...Can you come down here and help me carry this bag?...It's a little on the heavy side...
*Smiles. Hoping that Inuyasha will hurry up and come down from the tree since that's where he always met her whenever she came back through the well.*
